had a wonderful experience at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at Somerset, and I want to give a special thank you to Grace for her amazing customer service. She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. You can tell Grace truly enjoys her job and cares about the customers she serves. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality made my experience stand out. It’s not often you come across someone who makes you feel so appreciated as a customer. Grace is a wonderful representation of what great customer service should be. I hope she knows how much her kindness and hard work are noticed and appreciated. Needed to go to the Apple Store in Somerset so obviously I had to stop by and get an apple or two. Came with my daughter on a mommy and me date. I ended up getting a cheesecake apple an original peanut and caramel apple and an apple pie apple. They were all amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try more.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is definitely a heaven for chocolate lovers, it was really hard to ignore their chocolate and signature caramel apples behind the shop window when I passed by. I tried their caramel apple-The Monster which was loaded with pecans and milk chocolate and it was way beyond my expectation, I highly recommend it.

The sweets here are beyond delicious, and the owner and staff are incredibly kind! They are passionate about their products and always make you leave with a smile on your face. This is the last thing I had from here, the Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar. It's milk chocolate, a creamy pistachio filling, and a dusting of gold for pizazz. All of their treats are freshly made in-store, which makes them even better!

Carleigh the only person in the store!!! You rock!!! Job well done!!!! She gave me good directions to get location from Somerset because they didn't have candied apples and she had my dozen apples ready!!! Very professional and courteous!!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎯🎯🎯🎯 She got the store right on target!!!
